We are a very friendly and enthusiastic group who enjoy drinking wine, are not experts and want to learn more from each other. Very much a self help group, we are led in turn by different members who do the necessary research, often inspired by recent holidays. Occasionally, we are fortunate to have a guest speaker. Spittoons are rarely used and the volume of discussion gets louder as the evening progresses. We meet, typically, on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30 pm in members homes. Tasting around seven bottles of wine we finish with coffee at about 9:30. There is a summer BBQ in one of the member's homes and a Christmas dinner - held in January at a restaurant of our choice. Currently the group has 10 members and no waiting list. Anyone wanting to join should contact via the website.
